Fate E. Tolston – Director of Operations/IT Fate has 9 years of service with Telco. Fate graduated from ECC with a degree in Business and Computer Programming. He also has a BS in Computer Information Systems from NC Wesleyan College. He and his wife Angela reside in Tarboro. They have three children, Ashilan, Brett, Trey, and two grandchildren.
